LVIV, Ukraine (Reuters) – Russia and Ukraine were set to hold a second day of talks on Tuesday, Kyiv said, as Russian forces continued to pound Ukrainian cities with rockets but failed to capture any major urban centers.
Negotiators from both sides will meet online, three days after talks took place on the border of Belarus. That meeting ended with no immediate agreements, but the sides planned to consult with their governments and were expected to continue talks on Tuesday.
