Nothing, not even riots in Paris, could stop Rita Ora from wearing sheer clothing in the City of Light. Ora has been on a sheer streak throughout 2023, and on Sunday, July 2, the British pop singer added yet another see-through look to her collection for the Azzedine Alaïa show at Paris Couture Week. And this time she went braless.
Ora’s long-sleeve mock-neck gown is conservative in silhouette, and in silhouette only. The floor-sweeping Alaïa dress is of a sheer mesh fabric, with floral embroidery offering little cover. Underneath the garment, the 32-year-old wore black, high-waist briefs and no bra.
She styled the look simply, with her hair slicked back in a sleek ponytail and minimal makeup that accentuated her strong brows. She skipped jewelry and opted for chunky black and silver Giuseppe Zanotti platform heels.
Rita Ora has worn sheer latex, a mesh gown, and tights as pants, and her Couture Week look indicates that she will continue to experiment.
