Pants (huh! yeah!). What are they good for? Absolutely nothing, according to Kendall Jenner, who was once again seen serving a no-pants look on the streets of Manhattan.
The model’s September 19 outfit consisted of an oversized men’s button-down oxford shirt and black leather loafers—preppy classics both—and nothing at all on the bottom. To complete the ensemble, Jenner wore her hair up in a claw clip, added narrow sunglasses and a few pieces of jewelry, and carried a large black bag under her arm. The shirt is long enough to keep the look decent, but not quite long enough to qualify as a dress.
Jenner’s disdain for bottoms is well-documented, and I have to admire her for standing by her anti-pants convictions. In June, she wore a very similar no-pants outfit, adding a Yankees cap and a navy blazer to the otherwise very Upper East Side look. The model and tequila seller has gone pants-free to the Met Gala. She’s worn tights (as in pantyhose) instead of pants. She’s worn dresses so short she might as well not be wearing pants.
She’s not alone. Glamour has already observed the growing trend of bottomless looks on everyone from TikTok girlies to Camila Mendes. But no one has committed to the no-pants bit quite like Kendall Jenner.
